A day that starts with chocolate is a promising one. Not only is this shake scrumptious, its nutritious too and the added oats should keep you full right up until lunchtime. What more could you want from your most important meal of the day?
- 3 Scoops of Chocolate Banana Scoops
- 3/4 cup of any plant-based milk (for extra chocolatiness, you could even use plant-based chocolate milk)
- A handful of oats
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- A small handful of spinach (frozen or fresh)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tsp of chia seeds and/or flaxseeds for added nutrition
Simply blitz all of the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
