- 3 scoops of Banilla Banana Scoops
- 3/4 cup of plant-based milk (whichever one suits your preference)
- 2 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
- A pinch of salt
- A small handful of spinach (optional but adds nutrition)
- A handful of oats (optional)
